Stencil Types & Sizing

Single Use Stencils
Single use stencils are made from adhesive backed vinyl. These work great for one time applications on most surfaces and are more affordable than reusable stencils.

Reusable Stencils
Reusable stencils are cut out of .010 Mylar making them extremely durable and reusable. These make large projects that require multiple applications less expensive.

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Some lowercase letters are shorter (or taller) than the height you specify on the order form so that they will look porportionate to each other. For example, if you the word "Example", and you ordered all the letters the same size, you would get the following letter sizes in relation to each other.

that may need to be touched up by hand
